Who is collecting your information

This landing page is operated by Pura Media FZCO ("we", "us", "our") on behalf of Storm King Roofing (referred to below as "the Roofer").

We collect your enquiry details directly through this form and pass them to the Roofer, who will contact you to arrange your quote.

Pura Media FZCO is the controller for the initial collection and handling of your data. Once your details are passed to the Roofer, they are responsible for how they use your information to respond to your enquiry.

What information we collect

When you submit this form, we collect:

• Your name
• Phone number and/or email address
• Property address or postcode
• Details of the roofing work you're enquiring about
• The date/time you selected for a quote visit, if you book one
• Technical data such as IP address and how you interacted with the ad/page, used for ad performance measurement

Why we collect it

We use this information to:

• Pass your enquiry to the Roofer so they can contact you and arrange your quote visit
• Confirm and manage any appointment you book through this page
• Measure and improve the performance of the advertising campaign that brought you here
• Comply with legal or regulatory obligations where relevant

Our lawful basis for processing

• Consent — for passing your enquiry to the Roofer and for them contacting you about it

How long we keep your information

We retain enquiry data for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by law.

The Roofer's own retention of your data after receiving it is governed by their arrangements with us and, where applicable, their own privacy notice.

• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Ask us to delete your information
